High Intensity CBT therapist Lead

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for an experienced BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join a charity working as a Team Lead for a step 3 service in South Bedfordshire.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working within an integrative Talking Therapies person centred and holistic service who support service users improve their physical and emotional health. The post holder will hold a clinical caseload along with leading and managing the team, ensuring both individual and team targets are met

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time

Salary – £55,450 – £60,505 plus £1,200 joining bonus

Requirements:

• A qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• BABCP accreditation
• Extensive experience of working within Mental Health
• Leadership/management experience
• A car driver is preferred
