CQC Service Manager

We are working in partnership with a provider of specialist residential services to recruit a Service Manager for their setting in Liverpool. The service supports adults with acquired brain injuries, delivering expert rehabilitation to help individuals regain independence and achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, high-quality support
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and all relevant regulatory standards
  • Oversee budgets, financial systems, and business planning for the service
  • Provide operational leadership, supervision, and appraisals for staff
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with commissioners, families and professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the service
  • Safeguard and promote the wellbeing, independence and aspirations of service users
