Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to work within an eating disorders service in South Worcestershire who have an overall CQC rating of “Good.”
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will be working across inpatient and day patient services for adolescent and young adults who present with an eating disorder including Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa and Avoidant Restive Food Intake Disorder.
The post holder will offer assessments, formulation and treatment. Therapeutic interventions may include brief, medium or long-term psychotherapy.
Contract type – permanent
Hours – full time and part time will be considered
Salary - £55,800 FTE
Experience required:
Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with eating disorders. Those who have an interest in working within this setting and have the confidence and transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Site summary:
This site provides a specialist service for adults who present with a learning disability and/or autism and complex mental health, such as personality disorder, and a forensic history. The MDT at this site provide a psychologically informed therapeutic and outcomes focused rehabilitation.
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will be responsible for the clinical service offered by the MDT and will support the delivery and development of the neurobehavioral care pathway. This will include leading and overseeing the specialist neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme.
Contract type – permanent

Experience required:
